The European Association for External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems (EAE) is to hold the ETICS Forum for a fourth time. The international convention will take place in Warsaw on 5 October 2017.
In keeping with the three previous forums, the fourth edition will also see academics, politicians, architects, raw material producers, system providers and specialist contractors from across Europe discuss current issues affecting the ETICS sector. The fourth ETICS Forum will initially provide an overview of the market situation in the host country of Poland and in Europe as a whole. Guest presentations will also offer those in attendance interesting insights into the Chinese and Japanese markets.
In terms of technology, the conference will especially focus on changes in connection with insulating materials (material types, U-values, thicknesses) and fire protection as well as current developments relating to the standardisation of ETICS at a European level.
A further separate issue that will be covered is the long-term viability and recycling of ETICS, with the latest scientific findings and practical examples from various EAE members countries being called on. The event will also place an emphasis on the topic of quality – both as regards the systems themselves and their assembly in accordance with the requirements of the European application guidelines. The venue in Warsaw will be the “POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews”, which impresses both in terms of its architecture and exhibits.
You can find further information and register for the event at www.ea-etics.com – those who register by 31 July will benefit from a special rate.
